We’re looking for someone with: 5+ years of experience in a similar role or in top consulting firms. Proven track record of leading successful IT projects in pharma/biotech. Knowledge of CDISC standards (e.g., SDTM, ADaM, SEND) and experience with clinical trial data tools or workflows. A background in molecular biology or bioinformatics is a strong plus. Experience in working directly with clients and managing relationships. Ability to talk to both business and technical people. High motivation to achieve success, can-do attitude, business maturity, patience, strong communication skills, and a high level of professionalism. Willingness to travel a few times a year when needed (client visits, conferences, etc.). English Fluency: C1/C2 level. Comfortable working across time zones, including overlap with Europe and the US. We’re looking for a talented (Senior) Delivery Manager to lead high-impact software development projects. You will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of custom software projects for pharma and biotech clients, with a special focus on clinical trials and data-intensive applications. A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) will be essential to ensure smooth execution, technical alignment, and top-quality outcomes.
