Demonstrated ability to guide teams on configuration over customization while maintaining business alignment. Expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, update sets, and automated testing tools for ServiceNow. Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise systems (AD, SCCM, APM tools). Strong bias toward low-code/no-code platform configuration. Promotes long-term maintainability over short-term fixes. Enforces coding and design quality through strong governance. Excellent communicator and mentor, able to guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experienced in working within global delivery teams and client-facing engagements.
