Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, training, and employee development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and career development.
  • Experience in employer branding and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level, preferred C1).

Location: Rzeszów, Office-based work (occasional remote work possible)

Employment Type: Preferred B2B, possible employment contract (UoP)

Working Hours: Standard: 14:00 – 23:00 (1-hour lunch break).Rotational: Every three weeks, one week from 10:00 - 19:00 or 11:00 – 20:00
