  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in modern web development stack both frontend and backend
  • Experience with at least one of the cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with API design (REST, GraphQL) and API First approaches.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding and experience with DevOps best practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with services like ChatGPT, Github Copilot and understanding how to leverage AI technology to accelerate development.

Nice to Have:

  • DevOps experience to ensure continuous integration and deployment.
  • Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with open source projects
