- 3+ years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management;
- ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple functions (marketing, R&D, sourcing, design external agencies and operations);
- proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira is beneficial for tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress;
- familiarity with artwork and design software is beneficial; while direct design involvement is not required, a basic understanding of platforms like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) can enhance communication with creative teams;
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
- highly collaborative, with strong experience working with global and local stakeholders;
- functional knowledge of marketing, branding, and new product development;
- excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Capgemini Connected Marketing Services team as a Senior Artwork Project Coordinator.
This position will work closely with a key client’s global innovation and design teams and support the client team with the delivery of packaging artwork projects.
The Senior Packaging/Artwork Project Coordinator will manage multiple packaging artwork projects, from design through to print production, for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. With over 3 years of experience and a strong background in project management, this individual will assist in day-to-day operations of artwork projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within the defined scope. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing artwork development and the production process within a CPG company or a related industry.
