About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working with test management tools (e.g., QASE, CRT) and implementing test automation frameworks.
  • Proficient in developing test automation scripts on the Salesforce platform.
  • Familiarity with integrating Clari and Outreach with Salesforce.
  • Strong QA background with the ability to facilitate and manage QA activities, including excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Understanding of complex data structures and application integrations.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
  • Proficient in analyzing complex systems (applications/data structures) and their associated relationships.

The Enterprise Technology team supports insights with data and the technical systems that give our teams leverage to achieve their objectives. We work cross-functionally with Asana's business teams to understand their goals and ensure they receive the data and technical support they need to flourish.

You will join Asana's RevTech team as an experienced and dynamic QA Engineer. In this critical role, you will execute the quality strategy and ensure the development and release of high-quality software products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive quality initiatives and implement techniques that promote outstanding software. Additionally, you will participate in highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization, testing applications on the Force.com platform and supporting integrations with Salesforce.

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 15,333 PLN - 18,833 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions) . The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and  sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
