Skills and experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to business services and processes in financial and global GBS area.
  • Knowledge about methodology and experience in analysis with the background of the ServiceNow platform (any other relevant BPM's technology also considered).
  • Any experience in project management implementing BPM solutions (ServiceNow - preferred technology).
  • Understanding of low-coding platform - implementation methodology, including limitation and constraints in terms of development and deployment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills - analytical and structural thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to facilitate conversations with business stakeholders in project definition, business requirements definition and functional design sessions.
  • Ability to manage of multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with process quality methodology, agile methodology and cooperation within software/products delivery process, global vision of software delivery methodologies (SCRUM)
  • Competence in project management and agile supervision tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
