  • Proven experience in operational management using relevant tools and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of building, deploying, and operating tools for data security and integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Symantec/Broadcom Data Discovery, Veritas Data Insight, or similar products.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., EU data privacy laws, CIS, NIST).
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity.
  • Experience in financial organizations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach to finding solutions.
