Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis or controlling, including:financial and management reporting, month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Strong understanding of financial processes in manufacturing and the business drivers behind the numbers. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP. Fluency in English (Polish not required) and ability to work in an international environment. Financial Controller As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the regional finance organization through performance analysis, financial controlling, and process optimization.
