What you need to have to succeed in this role A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Production Application Support, demonstrating a strong ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent issues in a high-pressure environment. Proficiency in C# and Web API development, with a solid understanding of building and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient backend services. Expertise in database design and SQL skills, particularly with SQL Server, including advanced T-SQL scripting, query optimization, and performance tuning. Comprehensive experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Strong knowledge of modern web technologies, including HTML5 and CSS, with the ability to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces. Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular 2+, with a focus on building dynamic, interactive, and high-performance web applications.
