We’re looking for someone who: Has at least 4 years of experience in IT recruitment. Possesses a strong understanding of the IT market, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and recruitment tools. Is confident with Direct Search - LinkedIn holds no secrets for you Is proactive and self-reliant - can take ownership of tasks, drive their own work, and quickly find the best specialists on the market. Has experience working with ATS tools (e.g., Traffit or similar) and knows how to keep everything organized. Feels comfortable using modern tools like Canva to create engaging content for employer branding, and ChatGPT to optimize daily work and enhance productivity. Enjoys working in a team and is happy to share knowledge. Shows creativity at work and is open to innovation. Speaks Polish natively and has excellent command of English (C1 level or higher).
