Dogłębne zrozumienie metodyk QA (zapewnienia jakości) i metodyk testowania (np. testy regresyjne, wydajnościowe). Doświadczenie w pisaniu skryptów testowych z wykorzystaniem praktyk BDD (Behavior-Driven Development). Umiejętność budowania solidnych struktur testowych na potrzeby zwinnego rozwoju (Agile development). Zdolność do zapewnienia wysokiej jakości oprogramowania poprzez rygorystyczne testowanie.
