About Marshmallow
We started Marshmallow when we found out how unfair insurance prices are for people who move to the UK. All because the industry hasn't given this huge cohort of people a second's thought, and isn't set up to price them properly.
We saw an opportunity to do things differently, so we made it our mission to back the ones who step outside the norm. Since we started, we've helped 100,000s of people get a fairer deal on their car insurance. Using technology, we serve people that are often overlooked by financial services companies, solving important problems for people who need it most.
We know there are millions of marginalised customers out there. And we know that they face unique problems that most companies aren't even aware of. The People Team

This role is an opportunity to build your career in the People space in a rapidly growing organisation as part of a hard-working, supportive and collaborative People team. You will be focused on providing an outstanding employee experience for every Marshmallower and supporting them on their journey throughout the employee lifecycle from preboarding to offboarding.
What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for the delivery and quality of the key People (HR) processes that sit at the core of someone's experience at Marshmallow, from when they are offered a role to when they leave us. You will gain fantastic exposure to all elements of what it is to be a People person, which will give you a launch pad to take your next step in your career in the People space
Due to the nature of this role, you will work from our brilliant new Budapest office working with both London and Budapest stakeholders.

- An online exercise
- Short conversation with one of our TA team members (20 mins)
- A technical & culture interview with two manager from our People Team (60 mins)
