What You will bring to the Team
 
  • Proven Experience in Design & Leadership – You have a strong background in both designing and leading a team, ideally in a small but high-performing environment. You know how to mentor designers while staying hands-on with design work.
  • Deep Understanding of Design Principles & Systems – You bring expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, usability, and scalable design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Expertise in Creating High-Quality Design Artifacts – You can efficiently produce wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user journey maps
  • Mastery of Design Tools – You're highly skilled in Figma, Miro, and other industry-standard tools to create, test, and refine high-quality designs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – You understand product analytics and how to use data to guide design improvements, measure success, and optimize user experiences.
  • Experience with Complex Applications – You've designed business-oriented web and mobile applications, tackling sophisticated workflows and making them intuitive and efficient for users.
  • Excellent Communication & Fluent English– You can confidently communicate with internal stakeholders and present designs to international customers, translating insights into impactful design decisions.
