- 5+ years of experience in HR controlling and/or compensation in a multinational environment
- Strong budgeting and planning skills
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SAP knowledge
- Fluent in Hungarian and intermediate English
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset with strategic thinking
Preferred Experience:
- Implementing Power BI processes
- Working with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Compensation and Variable Pay modules
