- Previous experience with the ServiceNow platform, ideally focused on ITOM/CMDB
- Understanding of IT processes and infrastructure (e.g., servers, networks, monitoring)
- Basic skills in scripting or configuration in ServiceNow (e.g., workflows, business rules, UI policies)
- English at least at B2 level – you will communicate regularly with international colleagues
- Advantage: Knowledge of the ITIL framework and previous experience with APIs or integration tools
We are looking for a talented and curious colleague to join our international IT team, take ownership of ITOM and CMDB modules, and continue developing professionally. You don't need to be a senior expert – what matters most is your motivation to learn, solid fundamentals, and familiarity with IT processes.
