Department Assistant @

• Intermediate or higher level of written and verbal English language.
• Native or Upper Intermediate level of written and verbal Hungarian.
• Native or Upper Intermediate level of written and verbal Ukrainian.
• Possibility to work from the office full time.
• Confident MS Windows user.
• Strong communication skills.
• Psychological stability and high level of patience.
• Punctuality and confidence in your actions.
• Experience creating presentations.
• Experience creating timetables.
• Experience working with Google Products and Microsoft Office application.

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Management experience.
• Similar position experience in the past.
• IT backgroud, understanding of IT terminology.
• Hungarian language knowledge at B1 level or higher.
• Experience in international exchange programs.
• Experience working in multicultural teams.
