We are looking for a talented AI&Advanced Automation Unit Manager to lead company’s AI initiatives together with a passionate and dedicated team and help us to achieve our mission to become AI-enabled, Data-driven, Digital-first company. ,[Develop and align AI and advanced automation strategy in TMPL with DT Group strategy, Ensure that all AI focused products are aligned with TMPL strategic vision, compliant with regulations and GDPR and deliver measurable business impact, Ensure transparency of AI and advanced automation impact in TMPL by introducing key performance indicators for AI focused initiatives and automation, Own and lead the development and execution of AI product roadmap in TMPL, Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as data science, sales & marketing, customer care, finance, human resources to define and prioritize development of new products across the company and drive end-to-end execution, Leverage advanced automation to optimize operational/ business processes and reduce costs by developing and implementing RPAs to reduce manual work, Introduce innovative solutions to boost efficiency based on stakeholders’ requirements and according to customer needs, Stay at the frontline of AI trends, technologies and standard methodologies in the market and across NATCOs to continuously innovate and enhance digital properties, Ensure design, development and deployment of AI focused and advanced automation solutions across the company with the focus on customer needs, Create awareness together with human resources to other stakeholders in the company on AI and advanced automation technologies, Ensure continuous evolution of AI competencies in the team together with human resources] Requirements: AI, ML, LLM, Python, Java, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
