Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Manager, with a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Demonstrated expertise in planning and performance management is essential
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a software engineer, ideally within the e-commerce, B2C, or gaming industries
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on commercial experience in delivering software applications front-end (preferably Angular) or back-end (PHP7/8, preferably Symfony)
  • Proven ability to design and implement solutions in complex systems, including technology choices and making architectural decisions
  • Great communication, ability to pass direct feedback with care and empathy, and challenge status quo
  • Experience on managing a high-performing team, mentoring and growing team members (eg. performance management)
  • Strong focus on customer perspective and tangible outcomes
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills and english proficiency
  • A passion for games and the gaming industry
Nice to have:
  • Previous experience in product led businesses

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineering Team Lead to spearhead product development, delivering best-in-class solutions for our gamers and driving future innovation and success. In this role, you will build and manage a high-performing team, leveraging your leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise in Angular or PHP to ensure the delivery of innovative and impactful solutions.
