QA Engineer

Requirements 4+ years of QA experience, ideally in fast-moving SaaS or mobile environments. Deep understanding of QA fundamentals: regression, exploratory testing, bug life cycle, release validation. Experience with QA tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Jira, or similar). Familiarity with manual and semi-automated testing (UI, API, mobile) — coding not required. Ability to manage QA within continuous delivery / high-frequency release cycles. Proven experience collaborating with customer support and handling user-reported issues from reproduction to fix verification. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail — capable of identifying systemic issues and risk areas. Interest or experience in using AI tools for QA automation (test-case maintenance, regression analysis, or bug triage). Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple parallel priorities. Self-driven and adaptable — able to thrive in a high-paced startup, where priorities shift quickly and ownership is expected. Nice-to-Have Experience leading QA for cross-platform (web + mobile) products. Familiarity with testing AI features (LLM-based, content generation, analytics). Knowledge of QA metrics and analytics dashboards. Experience with Slack/Jira QA automations or AI-based assistants. Understanding of data privacy and security considerations in QA. KPIs / Success Metrics Reduction in user-reported issues per release. Regression maintenance time reduced by 15–30%. Test suite relevance > 90%. Faster turnaround on bug fixes and reduced escape rate. Consistent release cadence with minimal production incidents.
