Must have requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Cloud/DevOps Engineer role with a proven track record of implementing cloud services. Strong portfolio of successful cloud projects and innovations. Professional certifications in cloud platforms and cloud-native technologies are highly desirable. Strong understanding of cloud computing technology and infrastructure on both AWS and private cloud solutions. Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and transformation patterns. Solid knowledge of container and container orchestration services (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker). Deep knowledge of infrastructure as a code and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). Extensive experience with Rest API and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins). Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing. Excellent analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills. EU citizenship. Fluent English B2/C1. Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice. Nice to have requirements: Familiarity with Dynatrace, Cycloid, Backstage, GitOps and/or Cycloid. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join Sopra Steria Polska and one of our innovative international squads located in Luxembourg and Poland. You will play a pivotal role in helping the organization through its digital and transformation journey and working in a dynamic team that moves quickly and fosters a culture of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated operations.
