QA Lead @ ITDS

You're ideal for this role if you have: 3+ years of experience as a QA Lead within an agile software development environment  Strong background in both automated and manual testing practices  Proven experience designing test strategies for web applications and REST APIs  Solid understanding of performance and stress testing methodologies  Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and deliver strategic objectives  Experience defining and implementing testing frameworks and standards  Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills  Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps delivery processes  Excellent communication and documentation skills in English  Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Git, and Microsoft Office tools  It is a strong plus if you have: Experience working within cybersecurity or regulated financial environments  Knowledge of compliance and audit evidence requirements for testing  Certification in quality assurance or testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE)  Exposure to cloud-based testing environments and security validation  Proven ability to build and lead QA communities of practice  QA Lead Join us, and shape testing excellence that safeguards global systems Kraków - based opportunity with hybrid work model (6 days/month in the office).
