Senior Product Experience Designer

Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or similar role, with strong end-to-end UX and UI skills. Demonstrated expertise in AI applications in product design (e.g., generative AI, automation, personalization, intelligent workflows). Passion for staying ahead of AI developments and translating them into meaningful product opportunities. Ability to use data & customer insights to make decisions (quantitative + qualitative). Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and inspire colleagues at all levels. Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams. A portfolio showcasing design leadership, complex problem solving, and AI-driven solutions.
