YOUR ROLE As a R2R Junior Manager you will be expected to operate at the level of Subject Matter Expert for the client specific application of the client processes. You will be part of the processes, with the main focus on very complex transactions and resolving complex issues, as well as ensuring that the processes and controls are executed as agreed. You will be expected to be aware of the business context for the analyzed data, draw insights and make relevant recommendations to deliver valuable outcomes to the client. In addition, you will be expected to drive process improvement through technology related tools within the given area of expertise.
