You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to define architectural direction, build prototypes, and ensure our technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, and future-proof. You will balance innovation with risk management, championing technical excellence while aligning with business goals.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, or Software Architect.
- Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency, capable of engaging with executive-level stakeholders from large enterprise clients, articulating and defending architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
- Designing systems for large-scale data processing and real-time analytics.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to integrate them into architectural planning.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure Services.
- Prior work in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
- Experience with DevOps practices.
