IT Recruiter @

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, including IT and non-IT roles 
• Proven ability to run recruitment processes in English (interviews, coordination, communication) 
• Fluent English (C1) – spoken and written, as you will work in an English-speaking environment with US-based team members 
• Experience sourcing globally and managing multiple roles in a fast-paced, international setting 
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills 
• Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms)
