  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
  • Additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) would be advantageous.
  • Membership in relevant professional organizations such as the Scrum Alliance or Agile Alliance is desirable for staying updated on industry best practices and networking opportunities.

The Scrum Master plays a pivotal role in facilitating agile practices and processes within our organization, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of projects. Acting as a servant-leader, the Scrum Master guides the development team and product owner in implementing Scrum principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Performance Indicators:

  • Sprint velocity - measure the team's ability to deliver work within each sprint.
  • Sprint burn-down chart - track progress toward completing sprint backlog items.
  • Team satisfaction - gather feedback from team members on the effectiveness of agile processes and the Scrum Master's support.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction - assess stakeholder satisfaction with project delivery and communication.
