What you need to have to succeed in this role Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Javascript or similar languages. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficient in leveraging frameworks like Langchain/LangGraph/AgnoAI/PhiData/Spring AI for complex AI workflow development and orchestration. Experience in using Langflow to design and visualize these workflows. This includes integrating AI models effectively to ensure seamless operation and optimization. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with DevOps practices and building CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Fluent in English communications with global team.
