You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in IT projects for the banking or financial sector
• Experience in the development of settlement systems such as Elixir, Express Elixir, Sorbet, SEPA, Target
• Knowledge of system architecture concepts (EIP integration patterns, Event-Driven Architecture, microservices, REST)
• Knowledge of one of the exploration techniques: Event Storming, Domain Story Telling, User Story Mapping, Example Mapping
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD – strategic level)
• Practical experience in specifying business processes, functional and quality requirements, data models, and system integration
• Knowledge of methods for gathering requirements and preparing system specifications
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Good command of English at B2 level
• Experience in system analysis and writing clear documentation
• Familiarity with change management in IT projects

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Knowledge of GIT
• Familiarity with Diagram as Code and Model as Code techniques
• Knowledge of testing strategy and automation concepts
• Ability to read code at a basic level
• Ability to use AI to optimize work
