What We’re Looking For As Head of Affiliate and Partnerships you will build from scratch two new user acquisition channels and a new growth department within our growth marketing team. You will be the key driver for the strategy definition and execution of the new areas.. ✨ The ideal profile: Proven track record in scaling partnership and/or affiliate field. 5+ years in affiliate marketing or partnerships  Growth Mindset: Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and proactive in testing new growth levers.  Combination of strategic mindset with hands-on attitude: Ability to identify key growth levers and connect insights with execution.  Project Leadership: Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with clear success metrics.  Communication & Influence: Strong ability to align diverse stakeholders, internally and externally.  🚀 Who Are We?
