Our expectations Min. 8 years of experience in commercial projects from scratch for external clients. Higher technical education. Large, complex projects (>1.5M PLN, teams >10 members). Ability to work in projects with various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Practical experience with PM tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project. Certifications and standards: PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum Master (PSM/CSM) or equivalent. Experience in preparing proposals for the public sector. Ability to analyze tender and contract documentation with understanding – identifying requirements, risks, and contractor obligations. Practical knowledge of industry-related laws and regulations. Very good command of English (written and spoken). Nice to have Experience in public sector projects, including knowledge of public procurement law, tender documentation, and formal decision-making processes.
