Team: Overall programm is quite big, around 65 processes which include internal and mostly external, mostly in India. SMs are from Poland and a team sitting in denmark. Scrum Master is for just one team. Around 10-15 people per team. inclused users, Product Managers, engineers, data architects. data and analytics background. Program manager for the suply chain and AI for this program.
