This involves understanding user needs, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative features to market.
Product Execution
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum) to manage product development and iterate on features. You will work closely with Engineering Manager to lead squad delivery together.
User Focus & Data Analysis
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
- Analyze product data and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Run a looot of A/B tests to optimize product features and enhance user experience.
- Base all product decisions on data.
Collaboration & Communication
- Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Actively engage with product communities to bring external insights into the product.
Driving Long-Term Usage Retention & LTV Growth
- Focus on creating and optimizing value for our subscription-based users.
- Test and discover new ways to improve user experience.
