Role Overview Astral Payments is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen our global platform team. In this role, you will own the reliability, scalability and automation of our cloud environments, ensuring stable, secure and production-grade infrastructure for our engineering teams and customers. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years in DevOps / Platform / Cloud Engineering. Strong experience with Terraform, ArgoCD, AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins. Strong command-line skills. Understanding of networking, containers and cloud security. Excellent communication skills Qualities We Value Ownership and accountability. Openness to new technologies. Strong collaboration. Solution-driven mindset. Nice to Have Vault or Secrets Manager. Prometheus, Grafana or CloudWatch Experience with global distributed systems. Compliance PCI DSS, SOC1 and SOC2 experience Work schedule: The team works a 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday), 10 hours per day, with a longer break in the middle of the day. Fridays are off.
