Your Profile: 

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a PM/BA in IT projects (additional advantage for experience in startups)
  • Experience with prototyping, MVP, and AI integration
  • Ability to manage projects with multiple changes and shifting priorities
  • Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in working with large datasets
  • Practical knowledge of Agile / Lean Startup / Design Thinking
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams (Python, Django, React, Databricks, GIS, etc.)
  • English proficiency at C1+ level (international project)
  • Openness to occasional business travel a few times per year (Germany or Portugal)

About project: 

We are currently seeking a skilled PM/BA to join our team for an exciting project focused on monitoring CO2 emissions in the maritime industry.
