Your Experience & Skills 5+ years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or ML Ops, including deploying models into production at scale. 2+ years of leadership experience, managing or mentoring technical teams and leading projects end-to-end. Hands-on expertise in: Search & information retrieval (vector search, lexical search, embeddings, cross-encoders). ML Ops practices (observability, CI/CD, on-call, pipelines, recovery strategies). Optimizing performance and costs (GPU/CPU utilization, parallelization). Proven ability to translate research into production systems, bridging data science and operations. Strong technical communication skills—able to align engineers, product managers, and leadership. A team player with empathy, ownership, and a passion for solving hard problems in a fast-paced environment. Salary & Compensation Base salary Bonus target Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) The total target monthly compensation for this role ranges from 70,000 PLN to 80,000 PLN.
