  • Have experience with developing software in GNU/Linux or Unix environment
  • Demonstrate experience with working with Internet protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and TLS/SSL
  • Demonstrate you are familiar with Bash and Python or other scripting languages
  • Have a Bachelor's diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, another related field, or equivalent experience

You will work at the heart of the Internet building and operating systems gathering telemetry from the Akamai next-generation cloud computing platform. You will join other software engineers in a cross-functional scrum team that owns the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of services and products used by thousands of internal and external Akamai customers.
