Product Owner

• Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development or a comparable programming language
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly

Join our Platform Services Team, where we're building the next-generation Token Sevices. Our mission is to deliver valuable insights into feature usage for our customers and internal teams, while providing robust controls for managing feature access.

In Licensing, our teams own microservices within their domains, hosted in the cloud and orchestrated via Kubernetes. Our tech stack includes the latest versions of Java, Kafka, and Jetty, supported by tools like Jenkins and Gradle. We also use AWS. We store data in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and often use the Dynatrace data lakehouse, Grail. Automation ensures our libraries are always up to date.

This role is designed for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a desire to evolve into a Technical Product Owner. You'll start by contributing hands-on to our platform and gradually take on more product leadership responsibilities – leading and prioritizing the team's backlog by collaborating with stakeholders and driving decisions aligned with the product strategy.

Compensation and rewards: 

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. Please be aware that we offer only employment contracts, and we are considering a hybrid working setup (2/3 days per week in the office). The minimum salary for this position is 16 000 PLN gross monthly based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
