Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of IT project management experience;
  • Experience and technical knowledge in the area of ​​software development (mobile applications, web applications);
  • Fluent spoken and written English;
  • Experience with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies, strong understanding of each approach;
  • Ability to lead business and technical discussions with the client;
  • Experience in working with project management tools: Jira, Smartsheet (or similar);
  • Experience in presales, including drafting statements of work and creating project estimations;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and overcome challenges;
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability;
