Reqirements: 

  • Minimum several years of professional experience  in a similar position
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment (routers, switches, access points)
  • Expert knowledge of VPN technologies (Cisco and PaloAlto) – including configuration for both end-user and backend setups
  • In-depth understanding of network services and protocols such as DHCP, DNS, Radius
  • Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools like PRTG, SolarWinds, Wireshark
  • Strong understanding of network architectures (SD-WAN, WAN/LAN, MPLS, Site-to-Site, Hub-and-Spoke topologies)
  • Experience managing large-scale networks
  • Familiarity with network security principles, including firewalls (Cisco ASA) and network security best practices
  • Experience with internet connectivity and proxy solutions, such as Z-Scaler
  • Ability to configure and maintain various network devices across diverse enterprise environments

Nice-to-haves:

  • Cisco certifications such as CCNP (Enterprise, Security, Data Center) or CCIE (any track)
