Previous experience in product ownership. Proven track record leading successful API or B2B2C products through all stages of the product lifecycle. Strong understanding of API design, backend application development, and associated documentation. Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Embedded Finance, or Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS). Consumer- and metrics-driven mindset. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities. Excellent stakeholder management skills, balancing customer and regulatory needs. A drive to understand and delight both technical and business users, with the end customer experience in mind. Nice to Have Experience building customer or party management services and understanding their importance in supporting key journeys across a platform. Experience working on a neo core banking or microservice platform.
