Successfully completed university studies in computer science comparable courses of study. 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g. Solution Architect, Lead Developer, Product Owner, or Business Analyst). Proven track record of leading or building teams in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patterns. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate technical solutions into business value. Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on approach. High level of self-organization, accountability, and ownership. Fluent in English and Polish (German language skills are an advantage). Openness to work in hybrid model and visit Katowice office on regular basis. Willingness to travel occasionally to OBI headquarters and key business locations in Germany. You will build and lead a dedicated Salesforce team within OBI Smart Technologies Poland. In this role, you will act as both a people leader and a strategic partner to the business, ensuring that our Salesforce ecosystem delivers measurable value, scalability, and innovation across multiple business areas.You combine the mindset of a Business Analyst, the communication skills of a Product Owner, and the technical vision of a Solution Architect. Working closely with OBI’s business units in marketing, commerce, operations, and customer service, you will translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while keeping the overall platform strategy and synergies in mind.
