YOUR PROFILE bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in artwork management, packaging, printing and digital assets or project management within a CPG or FMCG environment; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple functions (marketing, R&D, sourcing, external design agencies, and operations); proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira is crucial for tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress; familiarity in artwork and design software is beneficial; while direct design involvement is not required, a basic understanding of platforms like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) can enhance communication with creative teams; possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; highly collaborative, with strong experience working with Global & Local stakeholders; possess functional knowledge of marketing, branding, and new product development; excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. YOUR ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Capgemini Connected Marketing Services team as an Artwork Project Manager.  This position will work closely with a key client’s global innovation and design teams and support the client team with the delivery of packaging artwork projects. The Packaging/Artwork Project Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple packaging artwork projects, from design through to print production, for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. With over 5 years of experience and a strong background in project management, this individual will lead cross-functional meetings to align priorities, allocate resources effectively, and enhance artwork management efficiency.This role requires the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sourcing, Supply, Design, and Operations, to ensure the successful delivery of new products to market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing artwork development and the production process within a CPG company or a related industry.
