Business System Analyst @ ITDS

You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Higher education in computer science
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project implementation as a business-systems analyst (professional experience in: gathering, specifying, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, identifying system assumptions and constraints)
- Good knowledge of SQL (at a level enabling data analysis)
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation
- Knowledge of CASE tools, e.g., Enterprise Architect
- Knowledge and ability to work in agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Knowledge of requirement description methods in the form of User Stories or Use Cases
- Ability to work in a team, creativity, and good work organization
- Analytical thinking, commitment to assigned tasks, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to create technical and training documentation
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to communicate effectively with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders
- Experience in independently conducting analysis of a large business initiative
Nice to have:
- Experience in motor insurance projects
- Experience in designing web applications
- Experience working with Oracle or MS SQL Server databases
- Knowledge of leasing-related issues
- Experience working with Azure DevOps (formerly TFS)
- Experience in designing IT system architecture, including security and performance requirements, and in designing system integrations using REST API standards
- Knowledge of English sufficient to read documentation and report issues to international vendors
