Senior PriceFX Business Analyst @ Spyrosoft

Requirements: Senior Business Analyst with substantial hands-on experience in PriceFX implementation projects. Excellent understanding of pricing processes, including price management, discount structures, and commercial governance. Experience working on large-scale international implementation programs (preferred industries: FMCG or manufacturing). Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of translating complex business needs into actionable requirements. Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable collaborating with external partners and distributed, cross-regional teams. Project description: An international organization is initiating a multi-year transformation of its pricing and commercial excellence landscape, centered around the implementation of the PriceFX platform. To support this transformation, we are building a dedicated team responsible for driving process optimization, pricing excellence, and CRM system alignment. This role is critical in defining business requirements, shaping future-state pricing processes, and ensuring the PriceFX solution effectively supports strategic and operational objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in PriceFX, strong analytical capabilities, and proven experience collaborating with distributed teams across regions and vendors. ,[Lead the requirements gathering process by collaborating with stakeholders to define and document business needs for the CRM / PriceFX implementation., Develop comprehensive business requirements, user stories, process maps, and pricing workflows to guide development and implementation teams., Analyze and optimize current pricing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement enabled by PriceFX capabilities., Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, validate proposed solutions, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams., Oversee the configuration and customization of PriceFX to ensure it meets business requirements and follows industry best practices., Define acceptance criteria, support the creation of test cases, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist with end-user enablement., Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide structured updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders., Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process descriptions, functional requirements, solution designs, and user guides., Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving issues related to PriceFX implementation and subsequent enhancements within the Commercial Excellence domain.] Requirements: PriceFX, pricing processes, large-scale programs
