Microsoft Copilot Studio Senior Engineer @

• 4+ years of experience in Conversational AI development, with significant hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  
• Proficiency in building custom connectors and actions within Power Platform or Logic Apps.
  
• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel.
  
• Strong understanding of Power Platform integration (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
  
• Experience with enterprise data connectivity, including Microsoft Graph connectors.
  
• Proven ability to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions.
  
• Demonstrated leadership in designing generative AI solutions, including effort estimation, pricing, and client-facing business case development.
  
• Strong understanding of cloud design patterns, enterprise integration patterns, and responsible engineering practices.
  
• Experience identifying opportunities for transformation, automation, and AI within enterprise environments.
  
• Working knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), enterprise integration patterns, and DevOps practices.
  
• Solid grasp of advanced AI concepts such as multi-agent workflows, reasoning and decision engines, and autonomous agent design.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Python for programmatic interaction with Copilot Studio agents (e.g., Semantic Kernel).
  
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 Agents SDK.
  
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 authentication with Microsoft Entra ID for secure integrations.
  
• Experience with rapid prototyping of generative and agentic AI solutions.
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft, SAP, and Oracle suites and their integration with AI.
  
• Experience with AI safety testing frameworks.
  
• Background in consulting or experience in a client-facing technical specialist role.

YOUR ROLE

As a Microsoft Copilot Studio Senior Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated AI assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio. This role demands deep technical expertise in integrating Copilot Studio with the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure and enterprise applications. You will be responsible for building advanced AI features that are secure, scalable, and high performing. In addition to hands-on development, you will mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and help establish best practices for AI agent development across the organization.
