Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in leading software development projects

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field

Proven capability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and uncertain environments while juggling multiple priorities

Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle

Strong communication and facilitation abilities

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and MapReduce

Proficient in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB

Experience with Kubernetes and real-time data processing frameworks

Comfortable working under pressure and adapting quickly to shifting requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
