PMO Lead @

• 5-7 years of experience in project or program management, ideally in SaaS or a digital marketplace.
• Deep understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Proven experience in setting up and scaling a PMO function.
• Strong track record managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with SaaS product lifecycles, go-to-market strategies, and ERP/CRM integrations projects.
• Previous involvement in commercial roll-outs, sales, and product initiatives.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence teams and drive change.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Scrum/Kanban certification is a plus.
