Your profile: You have at least 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and at least 3–5 years leading cloud or hybrid teams. You bring hands-on expertise with Azure services (compute, networking, storage, governance), Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate), and Identity & Access Management (Entra ID). You are proficient with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Bicep) and automation through scripting (Python, PowerShell, CI/CD tools, Power Automate). You have a proven track record in on-prem to Azure migrations, cloud modernization (governance, automation, DevOps), and in global environment management. You are an excellent leader with the ability to mentor, inspire, and transform specialists into a high-performing team. You balance visionary thinking with pragmatic technical oversight, making data-driven decisions. You are proactive, collaborative, and thrive on shaping transformation. You communicate effectively across senior IT and business stakeholders in global, matrixed organizations. You are proficient in both spoken and written English to effectively communicate with international teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer Expert are a plus.
