👤 You might be a great fit if you have: 5+ years of experience in voice software or telecom systems: Proficiency in C programming for embedded environments; Strong hands-on experience with Asterisk and OpenWRT; Knowledge of FXS, DECT, and VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP); Experience with embedded Linux voice stacks; Exposure to DSP-based architectures and low-level hardware interfacing; Solid understanding of voice quality optimization and telephony standards; Good troubleshooting skills for multi-threaded, real-time systems; You're based in Poland and speak English at a working level.  ⭐ Bonus points for: Experience with DSPG voice processors and tuning tools; Familiarity with SRTP, TLS, and other voice security protocols; Knowledge of voice codecs (G.711, G.722, Opus, etc.); Exposure to carrier certification and voice QA processes.
